​​​​Extra Day Guests Fees

The 12 Armadillos Barndo Rental includes up to 28 people (maximum) sleeping on the property.

We know that groups that rent the Barndo sometimes would like to host other people on the

property for the day for rehearsal dinners, small weddings, family/ friend get-togethers. The

maximum number of people on the property is 100.

Pricing:

Extra guest on property fee: (hours include 8:00 AM- 11:59 PM for one day) If you would like to

have extra guest during the day on multiple days, please contact us about additional fees for

that.

Up to 25: $750

Up to 50: $1500

Up to 75: $2250

Up to 100: $3000

*** There will be a 25% discount on the extra guest property fee if you rent the Barndo for 3 or

more nights.

Extra Guest Fee Includes:

Extra guests on the property above 28 for one day

Extra event insurance policy

Kids 3 and under not included in the count

Extra septic use

Extra dumpster

Event Space

Not Included:

Extra clean up/supplies

Extra supplies for above 28 people

Any rentals (extra chairs/tables/etc)

Extra information:

No confetti or glitter

No moving the pool table

Any furniture moved must be moved back to the original place

No more than 28 people sleeping at the Barndo

No Parking on the street (the city will tow)

No Smoking in the Barndo

Barndo must be returned in the condition that is was found at the beginning of the rental (minus the normal cleaning that takes place with the Barndo rental for the 28 guests). 

There are security cameras over the parking lot.

Failure to comply with the rules may result in the event being shut down.
